So we went camping at the Niobrara State Park in northern Nebraska this weekend. The state park is where the Niobrara River runs into the Missouri River, and the shimmering waters surrounding us were breathtaking. We'll try to get some video loaded. It was very pleasant for the most part, but then the winds picked up, and made most activities very difficult. IE, I was trying to make sandwiches for lunch, and we ended up with condiments on all sides of the bread, which was unplanned! So here are a couple of the pictures and a video of our adventures.
Mark in the tent on Saturday morning. We had such a great view of the park! This tent was great because we could see the stars from all angles, and ther were so mannnnny!
My punie fish. The worm was almost as big as the fish! Mark's was quite a bit bigger, but we didn't get a picture.

Thats a whoper of a fish there Ginny! Could feed an army! ;-) The area looks amazing. I'm so glad you both had such a good time. We get to go camping this weekend. Hopefully it won't rain on us!!
Your dog didn't bark or anything! What's up with that? She tries to defend us from the evil dragon fly, but not a fish on a hook. Who would've thunk it?
