Swagger Wagon

So, I have told Mark for a long time that even though my greatest achievement in life will be successfully raising children to be great people (when I finally get the chance!), I would never drive the cliche minivan.  I have been getting excited that many SUV's now have third row seating, although it is still difficult to get to the 3rd row.  Lately, though, I have been noticing that the minivans are now looking more like SUV's, and less like the minivans of the Old School.

For example, the new Toyota Sienna

and the new Dodge Caravan.
I still hadn't decided that I would be okay driving one of these, but maybe my mind has been changed by this video I found on my friend's blog.  Very funny!

Fishies!

I am just sitting her taking a break from my never ending homework, (uuhhh!) and decided to change some things around on the blog.  Can I just say, I love my new fishies at the top!  I found it on the blogger gadgets, and they are quite relaxing!  I can change the colors of the fish, too!

Florida Trip

Well, since I'm now on rotations and Ginny is busy with some grueling classes, I thought I would write a couple posts.

Ginny and I went to Florida to visit her family last week and had a lot of fun. Getting there was a little rough. We spent a couple hours circling over Atlanta waiting for a storm to pass only to have the pilot announce that they closed the airport and that we were out of gas and said we would land in Chattanooga, TN to refuel and wait till Atlanta opened. By the time we got to Atlanta, our connecting flight had already left and we were stuck there. We called Ginny's sister to let her know what was going on and Chris volunteered to drive through the entire night to and from Atlanta to pick us up. We are so thankful for Chris to help us out.

First Day of Rotations

What an exciting day this is! I'm starting my rotations and I hear my first rotation will be great! I'm going to be at the VA hospital working in the inpatient pharmacy. Just before I left this morning, Ginny snapped a picture of me.
Also, if you look to the side of this post, you will see the countdown ticking down less than a year left!
